Okay I'm interested. How does this work?
For groceries:

Same day/next-day deliveries: $20 flat fee on all orders under $100 or 20% delivery charge on orders over $100

Package of 4 deliveries over a 4 week period guaranteed for $149

When you receive a picture of your receipt you can Venmo/Apple Pay/Zelle us the amount plus any tip. We will make sure your GG gets the tip!
What about errands?
We are happy to do errands for you! Your GG can go to CVS, Home Depot, Petco, and even pick up Starbucks and a bagel for you on the way back!
How do I pay?
We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, and Zelle and we are hoping to accept credit cards soon!
What stores do you go to?
You name it--we will go there. Your favorite local stores and chain stores like Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Stew Leonards, Stop and Shop, Shoprite, Balduccis, CVS, Petco, and even Home Depot!
How do you make your matches?
Good question! We take into account your background, your vibe, where you went to school, what you studied and your career, and we will find you a GG that will be a perfect fit.
How do you cancel?
No need to cancel. There is nothing automatic. We are here to help you, not to cause more stress. Send us a message if you want to continue your membership with us (we hope you do) and we will happily let your GG know. If we don’t hear from you, that’s fine too.
What if there is a mistake in my order?
Sometimes, an item may be missing due to some of the shortages in the stores. We try to shop as early in the day as possible, and your GG will let you know the status of the items as they're shopping. If you received something in error, please let your GG know. Your GG is always willing to try to make it better, and so are we!
How much do I tip?
Everyone is being very generous right now. Some tip 20 percent, others less--we are grateful for whatever you are able to do. When you send us the payment for your items, we can add the tip on to the
total amount.
What safety measures do you take?
Our GGs follow a strict protocol. They wear gloves when shopping and a mask. They change their gloves when leaving the store, and put on new ones when bringing your bags out. They have hand sanitizer and chlorox wipes to use on the inside surfaces of their car, the outdoor handles, and on their phone and keys. As we don't know for certain to what degree stores are following safety procedures and how the items are being handled by the stores and other customers, please use whatever precautions you have in place when cleaning your groceries.
